Return to the store: You may return or exchange Glow Lifestyle purchases at the store 1557 Coworth avenue Val de Vie Paarl, together with your invoice. Online orders can only be refunded during office hours Monday to Friday.
We charge R120 per return and R240 (R120 x 2) for exchanges. These amounts will be deducted from your refund, or in the case of an exchange, an invoice will be generated and sent to you.

Products may be returned for exchange, refund or online credit within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in it’s original condition.
The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. We will handle logistics of your exchange and will arrange collection from your door. Once your item(s) have been received by us, your desired item(s) will be delivered to you.
If you are returning item(s) for a refund, or online credit, please note this will be processed once your item(s) have been received by us and assessed by our quality control team. Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
